Lakhvinder (Lucky) Madahar has over 40 years experience in the martial arts and fitness industry, began his martial arts journey in November of 1972. He has studied Judo, Shotokan Karate, Sholin Mak – Ka Gung Fu, Western Boxing, Filipino martial arts – Kali, Jun Fan/Jeet Kune Do, Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts and Combat Submission Wrestling.

Amandeep Chana
Position: Senior Instructor
A Senior TMA Instructor, Amendeep began his training in Kick Boxing with Dev Berrat at the age of about 5 years. He has been training with Lakhvinder Madahar since 1995. At the TMA Academy he has worked his way through the Muay Thai curriculum, Kali/JKD curriculum and is now working through CSW & BJJ.
It was in Amendeep’s class Pindi Madahar got to do some sparring for the very first time, he was about 8 years age then.
Ameendeep has an amazing amount of knowledge and understanding of the martial arts, his always a students at heart, hence the instructor quality – he is an asset at the TMA Academy.

Sarah has studied Sociology and Psychology and has worked supporting vulnerable adults and children in Coventry and Warwickshire for some years now. She has a passion for bringing out the best in people and is also keen on alternative therapies such as Indian Head Massage for addressing life issues. Sarah has seen through her own journey, on how martial arts have a unique impact on people and has trained specifically in Muay Thai for nearly 3 years. Joining Total Martial Arts Academy because of it’s wider range of martial arts experience. She is continuing with her training to take her own martial arts to a higher level and is an apprentice instructor at our academy.
